A successful senior manager should have all the qualities of a manager and in addition he should also have the following qualities:

1. Enthusiasm, Patience, Punctuality and Decision: He should be able to generate enthusiasm among the people working under him. He should be able to take decisions at appropriate time. 2. Cooperation with other departments: It should have close and intimate relations with other departments.
