Elements of the content of working class policies
Generally, the following items can be included in the content of retirement policies of a large enterprise:
1. Company name, address, business and brief history.
2. Structure of the managerial organization of the company.
3.Methods and policies of recruitment, training, promotion, etc. of employees.
4. Working conditions – working hours, working facilities, leave, job security,Retirement etc.
5. Method of grievance redressal i.e. the process to be followed in case of any grievance for its redressal.
6. Details of employee welfare works – education, entertainment, medical, health, financial facilities, legal protection etc.
7. Discussion of joint consultation method.
8. Discussion of discipline and communication system.
Thus, it is clear that those items are included in the content of the Servant Class Policies.These are included which are very necessary for the efficient functioning of the administrative functions of the organization.
